Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing or aircraft maintenance, modification, reapir, and/or overhaul operations.
  • Experience in leading a team to meet critical schedules and resove complex and/or time sensitive technical or operational issues
  • Ability to obtain required Security Clearances for projects.
  • Follows and completes Leader Standard Work daily.
  • Experience in Digital Environment (CATIA V5, 3Dex, Apriso).
  • Lean Manufacturing knowledge and application experience.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical, non-technical, and business staff at all levels.
  • Demonstrated use of COA principles and tools.
  • Experience with Determinant Assemblies (FSDA/MTDA) and/or First Article builds.
  • Able and willing to work other than first shift.

Basic Qualifications

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $72500.00 - $134600.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
