You’ll work on matchmaking, provide a positive community experience before, during and after adoption, and handle data and payments in our shelter software. We offer regular feedback, career growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service communication skills.
• High comfort in interacting with animals.
• Ability to use multiple computer programs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Matchmaking shelter animals with homes.
• Providing a positive community experience before, during and after the adoption process.
• Processing data and payments in our shelter software.
• As needed providing follow up support and resources to adopters.
