• Inform clients of adoption processes and animal availability.
• Discuss animal medical and behavioral history.
• Provide adopter educational materials and information on responsible pet ownership.
• Assist with collar fitting and pet harnesses.
• Promote positive reinforcement training and utilize HSHV resources.
• Develop positive relationships with customers and provide a great service experience.
