Job summary

Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker with adoption expertise to join its client's Adoption Team for an initial 6-month period. This role covers post-adoption support, access to records, and non-agency adoption cases, working closely with the Permanence Team to drive forward improvements in adoption practice and service delivery for children and families.

You will deliver high-quality adoption social work services, maintain accurate case records, and collaborate with other

Qualifications

• Social Work England registration.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Post-qualified experience.
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.
• Previous experience in adoption social work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality adoption social work services in line with legislation and best practice.
• Provide tailored post-adoption support to families.
• Manage access to records requests and non-agency adoption processes.
• Collaborate with the Permanence Team and other professionals to ensure positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate case records and reports to professional standards.
