• Maintain flexible work schedule and ensure timely completion of reports and logs.
• Provide ongoing case management and weekly services to consumers and families.
• Directly supervise assigned staff and participate in hiring decisions.
• Facilitate staff meetings and bi-weekly supervision sessions.
• Conduct performance reviews and promote a positive, professional environment.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, projects, and compliance activities.
