Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, organizes, and manages the daily operations of a team providing adoption services.
• Ensures Adoption team's fiscal management and utilization of the Agency's financial resources.
• Maintains flexible work schedule and ensures timely completion of reports, logs, notes, and other paperwork.
• Provides ongoing case management and weekly services assigned to Agency consumers and families.
• Directly supervises assigned team staff and participates in hiring and staff development.
• Facilitates staff meetings and bi-weekly supervision meetings and conducts performance reviews.
