Lincolnshire County Council is looking for an experienced social worker to lead and develop adoption and kinship support services. You will oversee the use of the Adoption and Special Guardianship support fund and drive regional innovations in partnership with other authorities.

You will work with families to empower solutions, using Signs of Safety, and support adults seeking access to records and birth family connections.

Formación

• Social Work England registration required.
• Experience in adoption and kinship care beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the Adoption and Special Guardianship support fund.
• Develop local, regional and pan-regional innovations for adoption services.
• Support staying-in-touch arrangements for children and families across the county.
• Lead national improvement work through Adoption England links.
• Utilise Signs of Safety to empower families and staff to find solutions.
