Necco seeks an Adoption Specialist to guide children, foster and adoptive families through the permanency process. The role spans intake through post-adoption stabilization, coordinating services and ensuring safe, ethical placements.

The candidate will conduct home studies, coordinate with schools, courts, and providers, and support families through placement, transition, and aftercare. Travel and background checks required.

Qualificações

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a human services field or related area.
• Experience with case management and coordinating services for children and families.
• Knowledge of child welfare systems, adoption laws, and family dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct home studies and assessments for prospective adoptive families.
• Coordinate services (behavioral health, medical care, education) and monitor plans.
• Maintain timely case records and regulatory documentation in the EHR.
