Role Description The Home Study Specialist is a full-time, office located in Greater Indianapolis. The Adoption Home Study Specialist is responsible for coordinating, reviewing, and overseeing adoption home studies for families pursuing domestic and international adoptions. This position works collaboratively with adoptive families, contract social workers, and adoption agencies to ensure all home study requirements are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with agency, state, federal, and international regulations. The specialist serves as a primary resource and advocates for adoptive families throughout the adoption process.
