Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field.
• Active RN or LPN license, with 2+ years in long-term care.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with a track record of improving care outcomes and staff engagement.
• Strong clinical knowledge and leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department, including staffing, scheduling, and evaluations.
• Ensure high-quality resident care, including medication management and wound care.
• Lead and develop the nursing team with guidance, training and support.
• Partner with quality improvement to identify and implement care delivery enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with Illinois regulations and the Illinois Department of Public Health.
