DON / RN House Supervisor

Location: Beauvais Rehab & Healthcare Center

Job Type: Full-Time

Beauvais Rehab & Healthcare Center is seeking a capable and driven ADON/RN House Supervisor to join our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director of Nursing Services in overseeing Nursing Services. We’re looking for someone organized, goal-oriented, and energized to help us strive for excellence in resident care.

You’ll thrive on our nursing team if you have:

  • In-depth knowledge of hospital procedures and patient care KPIs/KQIs
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices
  • Leadership and personnel development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Associate degree (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of supervising experience (preferred)
  • BLS Certification (preferred)


Essential Responsibilities:

  • Supervise key areas of Nursing Services
  • Monitor and support staff performance
  • Participate in quality assurance activities
  • Ensure timely MDS data entry and submission
  • Oversee nursing staffing practices and payroll preparation
  • Assist with resident incident reporting and abuse investigations
  • Assume leadership of Nursing Services in the absence of the Director of Nursing Services
