BrightStar Care of Northern Michigan is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations, focusing on person-centered care and high-quality outcomes in patient homes.

The role involves patient assessments, care plan development, and hands-on nursing support, with opportunities to lead a skilled team in a dynamic home-care setting. Licensed RNs with infusion experience are preferred, and travel within the service area is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan RN license (unrestricted).
• Experience in home care or facility.
• Infusion skills including Peripheral IV starts, line care, and medication administration.
• Sharp assessment and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Provide hands-on nursing care in patient homes.
• Support daily clinical operations and ensure quality person-centered care.
