Harmony House Care Center in Waterloo, IA is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead our Clinical Department with care, compassion, and clinical excellence.

As ADON you will oversee nursing operations, mentor staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the facility's positive culture while advancing quality of care for residents.

Qualifications include an associate degree in nursing, Iowa RN license, CPR certification, and RN experience; management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Science, Nursing or related field is required.
• Two years of RN experience; five years preferred.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of the Clinical Department.
• Instill a positive and inclusive facility culture.
• Assist with setting and attaining Nursing Department goals.
• Ensure nursing department compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.
