Qualifications
- Associate degree in science, nursing or related field.
- Unencumbered Iowa RN license required.
- CPR certification required.
- Two years RN experience minimum; five years management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the Clinical Department.
- Help instill a positive and inclusive facility culture.
- Assist with setting and attaining Nursing Department goals.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff to deliver high-quality resident care.
