Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / LPN to support administration of Nursing Services and oversee 24-hour operations alongside the DON at our Overland Park, KS community. LPN license required; LTC/SNF experience and supervisory background preferred.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the practicing state.
• Two years of nurse supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience preferred.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage Nursing Services per physician orders and resident needs.
• Provide 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services with the DON.
• Direct the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards per regulations.
• In the DON's absence, assume responsibility for clinical operations.
