In this leadership role you will help with staffing, oversee MDS and care planning, manage nursing staff, and maintain accurate documentation while promoting a restorative care philosophy. The successful candidate will be a licensed RN in good standing, with strong management experience in

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Strong leadership and management experience.
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
• Restorative care philosophy with strong assessment and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support floor staffing needs and coverage when required.
• Oversee resident care, MDS, care planning, performance improvement, and infection control.
• Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties.
• Ensure accurate, up-to-date resident documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and teams to design individualized care plans.
• Ensure access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources.
• Lead infection control assessments and improvements.
