Ambassador Nursing seeks an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in Chicago to join our leadership team. You will collaborate with the Director of Nursing to shape policies, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality resident care while meeting regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes quality improvement, cross-department collaboration, and accurate clinical documentation. A minimum of 2 years in nursing leadership and an active RN license are required.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership/management experience.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, including therapy, social work, and dietary.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Mentor and educate staff members to promote professional development and growth.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records and reports.
