Job summary

Eden Brook Rochester, part of Eden Senior Care, LLC, seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to oversee nursing services and ensure high-quality resident care in a Rochester, MN facility.

The ADON will guide licensed and non-licensed staff, implement policies, monitor infection control, and participate in the interdisciplinary management team, with weekend call rotation expected.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota RN license.
• At least 2 years of RN leadership experience in a long-term care setting.
• Degree from an accredited RN program.
• Experience with PCC (Point Click Care) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements nursing services, objectives, and policies and procedures.
• Designs, implements, and evaluates nursing systems to ensure consistent delivery of care and resident rights.
• Conducts nursing rounds on all units several times per day, including shift transitions.
• Ensures residents are free from abuse, mistreatment, and neglect.
• Collaborates with the facility's interdisciplinary management team in planning and decision-making.
