Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing Services at Crestview Court in Cedar Hill, TX. This role supports the Director in directing and supervising day-to-day nursing operations to ensure high-quality resident care in compliance with state, federal, and local guidelines.

The incumbent will have administrative authority and accountability to oversee nursing services, collaborate with physicians, and maintain adherence to clinical policies and procedures while

Qualifications

• A current and valid nursing license is required.
• Minimum of two years charge nurse or supervisory experience in a long-term care setting is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate day-to-day nursing care under the Director of Nursing Services.
• Ensure treatments, medications, and care plans follow physician orders.
• Lead weekly/monthly committees per policies and procedures.
• Ensure patient/resident safety and timely notification of changes in health condition.
• Assist in staff evaluation and professional development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
