Qualifikationen

• Active RN or LPN license.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Unit Manager, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Excellent communication and team-building skills.
• Passion for resident-centered care.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily clinical operations.
• Support, coach, and mentor nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs).
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Help manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical workflows.
• Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives.
• Step in as acting DON when needed.
