Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing day-to-day nursing services in a skilled nursing facility. You will work with leadership to ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and maintain high-quality resident care.

Qualifications include an active RN license in Ohio, at least two years of supervisory experience in long-term care, and proficiency with electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility (preferably long-term care).
• Proficiency with electronic health record software and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, managing and directing daily Nursing Service Department functions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and regulations; maintain quality of care.
• Collaborate with the Administrator and Medical Director to ensure resident safety and high standards of care.
• Oversee infection control policies and sanitation practices within the facility.
• Uphold policies and procedures and promote a positive, patient-focused environment.
