Edgerton Care Center in Edgerton, WI is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing/ IP to oversee nursing operations under the Director of Nursing. This on-site, full-time role focuses on supervision, policy implementation, and coordination of clinical services to support residents and staff.

The position offers hourly compensation of $41-$47, with health, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plan, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state RN licensure in good standing.
• Minimum one year nursing experience in long-term care.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Professional interaction with residents, staff, families, and providers.
• CPR certified.
• English literacy with strong written and verbal communication.

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the ADON / Infections Control Nurse is responsible for overall supervision and coordination of the clinical unit, growth of facility and community resources, provides comprehensive standards, practices and programs that meet the needs and best interests of the facility, staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse in good standing
• Minimum One year nursing experience providing direct care in long-term care setting
• Competent in leadership and communication skills
• Ability to plan, develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively, professionally and positively with all residents, staff and other healthcare providers, families and the public
• CPR certified
• Must be English literate and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
