You will supervise nursing teams, drive quality initiatives, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes in a compassionate, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license required.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of clinical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily clinical operations alongside the Director of Nursing.
• Supervise, coach, and develop nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulations.
• Assist with patient care oversight and clinical quality initiatives.
• Review and support care plans to ensure appropriate service delivery.
• Conduct staff education, training, and evaluations.
• Assist with problem solving and clinical decision making.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and retention of nursing staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
