Job summary

Celebrity Home Health, Inc. in Nevada seeks an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) – RN to support the Director of Nursing with clinical oversight and staff supervision in home health. You will drive quality improvement, survey readiness, and safe operations across the agency.

The role calls for strong leadership, communication, and knowledge of Medicare home health requirements, with travel locally as needed; valid RN license and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nevada RN license in good standing.
• Home health experience and supervision preferred.
• Current BLS/CPR and ability to maintain credentials.
• Knowledge of Medicare home health requirements and OASIS preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and clinical judgment.
• Ability to travel locally with valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical oversight and staff supervision.
• Support orientation, competency validation and coaching.
• Oversee quality improvement, survey readiness and compliance.
• Assist with care coordination and escalation of patient changes.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure adherence to laws and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and maintain documentation.
