ADON Health and Wellness Coordinator (Finance)

The ADON Health and Wellness Coordinator manages the day-to-day healthcare operations of the community to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met with respect and dignity. They ensure consistent quality resident care across all shifts, which may include assuming roles such as Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet residents' needs and staffing requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers; providing ongoing training and education; managing staff schedules; overseeing medication training, pharmacy management, and medication administration; conducting medication inventory checks and audits; and sharing on-call duties as required.

Qualifications include education to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and 1-2 years of relevant experience. An LPN or LVN license is required.
