ADON Health and Wellness Coordinator (Finance)
The ADON Health and Wellness Coordinator manages the daily healthcare operations of the community to meet residents' healthcare needs. They ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, providing consistent quality care across all shifts. This role may require assuming responsibilities of a Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide to meet staffing and resident needs.
The coordinator supervises licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers, providing ongoing training through classroom in-services and situation-specific sessions. They also manage staff schedules and oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and medication administration, conducting periodic medication audits and inventory checks per Brookdale guidelines.
Additional duties include sharing on-call responsibilities as required. The role requires educational qualifications to obtain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN) and 1-2 years of relevant experience. An LPN or LVN license is necessary.

Salary ranges from $26.60 to $33.88 per hour, depending on skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Benefits eligibility varies by employment status.
