• 1 year of healthcare leadership experience.
• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and programs.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of the nursing staff, ensuring comprehensive and individualized patient care.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and feedback, and participate in professional growth plans for staff.
• Foster relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies to ensure coordination of patient care.
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure regulatory compliance and company policies.
