Rite of Passage seeks a Licensed Adolescent Therapist (AMFT/LMFT) in Costa Mesa, CA for a full-time role. You will provide individual, family, and group therapy, perform clinical assessments, and coordinate care with a multi-disciplinary team.

You will develop and oversee treatment plans across individuals, families, and groups while maintaining accurate records. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–6:30 pm, with competitive pay and strong benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed or registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (AMFT/LMFT).
• Experience in residential settings and/or with at‑risk adolescent populations.
• Familiarity with an Electronic Health Records System (EXYM).
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to meet deadlines.

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop service plans.
