• Facilitate Client Instruction.
• Assist in Client Household/Yard Maintenance Tasks.
• Assist in Client Personal Hygiene.
• Facilitate and Assist Clients in Community Based Activities and Resources.
• Facilitate and Assist Clients in Health Appointments.
• Supervise and Document Client Medications.
• Work to Ensure Safety and Security of Clients.
• Promote Positive Relationships with Clients.
• Report all Suspected Incidents of Abuse/Neglect.
• Maintain Client Cash and Program Funds.
• Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures.
• Documentation.
• Maintain Professionalism at all Times.
