Job Overview

We are seeking Part‑Time and On‑Call staff for our Adolescent Program in Bonney Lake and Port Orchard. The program supports youths with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting and operates 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client instruction
• Assist with household and yard maintenance tasks
• Assist with client personal hygiene
• Facilitate and assist clients in community‑based activities and resources
• Facilitate and assist clients in health appointments
• Supervise and document client medications
• Work to ensure safety and security of clients
• Promote positive relationships with clients
• Report all suspected incidents of abuse or neglect
• Maintain client cash and program funds
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Maintain professionalism at all times
• Respect client confidentiality
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and demeanor
• Attend required training and maintain necessary licenses

Qualifications

• Part‑time (up to 39 hours per week) or on‑call availability with coverage across all shifts
• Drug‑free workplace and background check required
• Background check and drug testing necessary for all candidates
• Commitment to 24/7/365 shift coverage
• Previous experience or willingness to develop skills in providing support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
