Job summary

NFI North, Inc. is seeking a Shift Supervisor for NFI North Stetson Ranch, an adolescent residential program for ages 12–18.

The role involves supervising Direct Care Staff and program participants in support of program operations. The position blends direct care with administrative duties, including managing the therapeutic milieu, rotating on-call responsibilities, and daily QA of treatment groups and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in human services, social work, psychology, sociology or equivalent.
• One year of experience working with youth.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Care Staff and program participants on assigned shift.
• Support the Assistant Director in carrying out program operations.
• Manage therapeutic milieu and participate in rotating on-call schedule.
• Supervise staff on a weekly to bi-weekly basis and ensure daily QA and documentation.
