Job summary

NFI North Oliver Place, an adolescent residential treatment program for ages 14-20, is seeking a Shift Supervisor. The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of Direct Care Staff and program participants in support of the Assistant Director in carrying out program operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in human services, social work, psychology or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of one year working with youth.
• Must be able to stay calm and effective in crisis situations while leading a team.
