Job summary

NFI North Beacon House in Buxton, Maine seeks a Program Director to lead a residential treatment program for adolescents. You will oversee daily operations and a staff of ~25 delivering treatment and educational services, with budget oversight and staff development responsibilities.

The role requires a master’s or bachelor’s degree with significant supervisory experience; a 4-day work week and opportunities for advancement are listed as benefits. Occasional travel is possible.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or human services plus 3 years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 5–7 years supervisory experience.
• 4 years of leadership and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the program.
• Manage a staff of ~25 delivering treatment and educational services.
• Budget oversight, payroll, scheduling, and on-call duties.
