Job summary

Altior Healthcare seeks a Program Director to oversee Paradigm’s adolescent residential program in Austin, ensuring delivery of high-quality clinical and therapeutic services. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, maintain regulatory compliance, and ensure continuity of care from intake through discharge.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, and direct care staff to provide a safe, structured environment for residents while upholding Paradigm’s treatment philosophy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience in a residential setting.
• Experience with adolescents in mental health or substance use treatment preferred.
• Valid Texas Child Care License required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the residential program.
• Lead and support a multidisciplinary clinical team; integrate core values into client care.
• Coordinate treatment services from intake through discharge.
• Supervise program staff including hiring, training, scheduling and retention.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation per regulatory requirements.
• Monitor program performance and achieve quality standards.
