Job summary

Rimrock Trails Treatment Services in Prineville, OR is seeking a Director of Residential Operations to provide executive leadership for the adolescent residential program. This role oversees daily operations, staffing, budgeting, compliance, and program development in collaboration with clinical and medical leadership.

You will build referral relationships, supervise senior staff, and drive performance metrics, census targets, and service delivery improvements, ensuring alignment with licensing

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, nonprofit management, public administration, behavioral health administration, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare, behavioral health, social services, residential treatment, nonprofit administration, or related field.
• Experience with program development, project management, operations, budgets, staff supervision, performance management, and process improvement.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and move complex projects from planning to implementation.
• Knowledge of healthcare operations, behavioral health systems, payer requirements, compliance, and service delivery metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative supervision for residential program leadership and staff.
• Oversee residential operations, scheduling, productivity, PTO/attendance, performance management, and policy compliance.
• Ensure operational processes across admissions, treatment, medical coordination, and medication workflows.
• Lead project management and implement key residential initiatives with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Develop and monitor program goals, census targets, referrals, and improvement plans.
• Ensure budget performance, staffing analysis, overtime, and fiscal stewardship.
• Maintain compliance systems for licensing, audits, contracts, and payer requirements.
