Job summary

Progressive Life Center, Inc. (PLC) is seeking a dedicated program support role to guide and support adolescents aged 12-17 in recovery services.

The position works within the Adolescent Clubhouse, coordinating educational and vocational supports and supervising field activities to promote engagement and safety. Responsibilities include maintaining attendance, awarding incentives, and collaborating with a team to deliver comprehensive recovery supports in community and club settings in the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; BA in behavioral/social sciences preferred.
• Peer Specialist certification or proven success with adolescents with SUDs and families.
• Ability to communicate effectively with streetwise youth and diverse populations.
• Driver’s license and ability to travel within Baltimore City and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Guide and support participants in completing the Seven Challenges harm reduction program.
• Maintain Clubhouse attendance records for all participants.
• Award Challenge Points and track records for the incentive program.
• Provide recovery supports including educational/vocational, family activities, life skills, and social/recreational activities.
• Supervise participants on field trips and other activities outside the Clubhouse.
• Assist with transporting clients when necessary.
• Attend individual and team meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
