Job summary

Clementine Lake Oswego, located in West Linn, OR, is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our clinical leadership team serving adolescents in residential treatment for eating disorders. The RD will oversee nutrition services across programs and collaborate with the treatment team to support personalized care plans.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field, a current RD credential, CPR/BLS, and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related field is required.
• Registered Dietitian credential (RD) is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required or obtainable before starting.

Responsibilities

• Full oversight of meals prepared for clients on campus, and proper documentation.
• Insures all nutritional services meet established standards and regulations.
• Conduct nutrition assessments of clients, and monitor nutrition intake.
• Participate in the treatment team’s development of the Master Treatment Plan.
