Job summary

Clementine Lake Oswego in West Linn, Oregon, is a residential treatment program for adolescents facing eating disorders. We are seeking a Registered Dietitian to lead nutrition care within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing health, self-trust, and developmentally appropriate progression.

The RD collaborates with clinicians to ensure high-quality client care, supports family involvement, and aligns nutrition programming with HAES-informed practices in an on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition or related human services field is required.
• At least one year of healthcare experience or internship; psychiatric setting preferred.
• Hold appropriate Registered Dietitian credential.
• Must have (or obtain) CPR/BLS before starting work.
• Strong computer skills are expected.
• Passion for excellence in helping clients, with excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Full oversight of meals prepared for clients on campus, with proper documentation.
• Ensure all nutritional services meet established standards and regulations.
• Conduct nutrition assessments and monitor intake of clients.
• Participate in the treatment team's development of the Master Treatment Plan.
