Job summary

MaineHealth's Spring Harbor Hospital in Westbrook, ME is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Acute Care Adolescent Unit. This full-time evening shift (32 hours per week) offers the chance to care for youth and families in a 100-bed psychiatric setting.

The RN role emphasizes assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation, with collaboration across the care team. BSN preferred; current RN license and BLS required or obtainable within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• Current state RN license and BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days.
• New Grad or RN with less than 12 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in orientation and develop skills to work in the adolescent unit.
