MaineHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse II for the Acute Care unit at Maine Medical Center BID SAN in Sanford, ME. The RN will manage patient care on a 40-bed locked unit serving adults 18-95 in acute psychiatric crisis, with a focus on assessment, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

The role includes leadership responsibilities, ongoing professional development, and opportunities to learn with an on-site Nurse Educator. NH applicants may use their current license to apply.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing is required.
• Current state RN license is required.
• Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
• One year of recent RN experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Manage patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
• Provide clinical nursing care and professional growth within a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate leadership and collaboration with the inpatient behavioral health unit.
