Job summary

NFI Massachusetts Inc. seeks a full-time Permanency Clinician for its adolescent residential program in Wilmington, MA.

The role centers on permanency planning and family engagement to support reunification where possible. Responsibilities include counseling youth aged 13–18, facilitating permanency round tables, coordinating with the program clinician and DCF, and providing training on permanency practices.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling aligned with the client’s treatment plan and permanency work.
• Collaborate with program management on therapeutic milieu and staff orientation.
• Facilitate family meetings and home visits as defined by treatment plans.
• Participate in permanency meetings, trainings, and clinical meetings.
• Coordinate case conferences and clinical reviews; know emergency procedures.
