NFI Massachusetts Inc., a non-profit human services agency, is seeking a full-time Permanency Clinician for its adolescent residential program in Wilmington, MA. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of youth ages 13-18 in congregate care and facilitating permanency processes with families in collaboration with the program team.

The clinician delivers therapeutic interventions, coordinates with DCF and collaterals, and helps solidify permanency plans while supporting staff through

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field required.
• License-eligibility; LMHC/LMFT/LICSW preferred.
• Experience with child/adolescent populations and congregate care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling per treatment plan related to permanency.
• Collaborate with program management on therapeutic milieu and staff orientation.
• Facilitate family meetings and home visits as defined by treatment plan.
• Participate in permanency meetings, trainings, and clinical reviews.
• Coordinate case conferences and assist with emergency procedures as needed.
