Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Mental Health Worker to join a team delivering intensive clinical services to adolescents. The role supports Mental Health Professionals in group, family, and individual therapy within a school setting, adjusting curricula to meet state charting requirements.

The MHW will maintain timely records, lead group sessions, and coordinate with staff across agencies to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral or social sciences preferred with two years of mental health experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work as part of a team.
• Criminal history checks and child abuse certification requirements as per state law.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treatment for assigned caseload and develop treatment plans.
• Document timely case notes, progress notes, and treatment plan reviews.
• Lead group therapy sessions and provide individual therapies as needed.
• Coordinate with other treatment staff and external agencies for mutual clients.
• Refer clients to community services and participate in QA activities.
• Attend staff meetings and ongoing in-service trainings.
