Job summary

Community Services Group seeks a Mental Health Worker (MHW) to deliver treatment and case management for children and families in home or community settings. You will join a master’s level co-therapist to support services under Youth Mental Health Family Based Services.

The role requires flexible hours, travel to partner locations, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Competitive wage and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, rehabilitation, pre-med, theology or anthropology from an accredited college or university.
• One year of experience in a CASSP system program or equivalent.
• Licensed RN plus CASSP certification enrollment options (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health treatment and case management to identified child/adolescent.
• Deliver skills training and psycho-education to families.
• Coordinate services with schools, physicians, and other providers.
• Travel to community locations to arrange home-based services.
• Maintain regular communication with families and service partners.
• Enter and document information in the treatment plan and progress notes.
