Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years education experience.
• Experience in urban schools and with diverse student populations.
• Expertise in MTSS systems and data-informed instruction.
• Familiarity with high-quality instructional materials and curricula.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing professional learning.
• Highly organized, process-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to develop a customized professional learning plan.
• Engage in side-by-side coaching, including lesson modeling, to build capacity in standards-based instruction.
• Lead teachers in reflective practices, data analysis, and examination of student work.
• Support school leaders in assessing frameworks and fostering collaboration.
• Foster relationships with partners to ensure real-time feedback cycles.
