Role Description

As the Adolescent Lead Montessori Guide focusing on Science and Math, you will lead and inspire students in grades 6-10 through the Montessori methodology. Your responsibilities include planning and delivering engaging lessons in science and math, fostering critical thinking, supporting project‑based learning, and guiding the social and emotional development of adolescents. Collaboration with other teachers, maintaining student progress records, and communication with parents will also be essential. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Gainesville, FL.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Science and Math, along with the ability to teach these subjects to adolescents effectively.
• Experience with Montessori principles, and a Montessori certification (or willingness to obtain one), is strongly preferred.
