Job summary

Embrace U in Mt Juliet, TN is seeking an office and patient coordinator to provide administrative and clerical support for the program staff and assist patients with care needs. This role combines office duties with supervised clinical work under a clinical supervisor.

You will participate in insurance verification, concurrent reviews, and billing procedures, take patient vital signs as directed, and help with medical records, inventory, and other duties to keep the program running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience providing care to adolescents preferred.
• Experience performing administrative or clerical duties, working with computers and electronic medical records.
• Knowledge of community resources for adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support for program staff and assist Embrace U patients with care needs.
• Participate in clinical care as directed by a clinical supervisor.
• Assist with insurance verification and concurrent reviews and billing procedures.
• Take patient vital signs as directed and assist with patient admission processes.
• Maintain medical records, filing, form tracking and inventory of supplies.
