Tubman Center for Health & Freedom in Seattle is building an innovative community health clinic opening in 2025. The Advanced Practice Provider will practice care at the intersection of health and freedom, focusing on adolescent health and health justice.

The APP leads a multi-disciplinary team at the Freedom Clinic located in a dedicated school setting, delivering primary and preventive care, and collaborating with families and youth from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in adolescent health and primary care, including ages 11–19.

Responsibilities

• Lead and build a collaborative team with practitioners from multiple disciplines to deliver holistic care.
• Provide clinical care independently with support from a registered medical assistant.
• Engage with scholars, families, and staff from diverse cultures with excellent communication skills.
