Seattle Children's APP Fellowship is a 12-month intensive program designed to transition newly graduated ARNPs and PAs into complex, highly collaborative pediatric practice. Through precepted clinical rotations, multidisciplinary didactics, and simulation training, fellows gain the skills necessary to lead in a premier tertiary care center.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Nursing with Pediatric or Family focus; minimum 1 year clinical experience; acute care peds preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited PA program; minimum 1 year healthcare experience (pediatric focus preferred).
• State license: active WA license (ARNP or PA).
• National board certification is current; DEA registration and BLS certification required.

• Clinical Mastery: Assume increasing responsibility for patient management, from diagnostics to treatment planning.
• Diverse Rotations: 4-5 months of inpatient service followed by specialized clinical rotations.
• Collaborative Leadership: Work alongside attending physicians and specialists while contributing to quality improvement and research.
