Job summary

TrulyHired is seeking a passionate Clinician to work at the Susan Wayne Center of Excellence in Thompson, CT. In this role, you will provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents facing developmental challenges, while collaborating with a dynamic interdisciplinary team.

The compensation ranges from $50,000 to $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. The position offers various benefits including a bilingual bonus, professional development opportunities, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years experience in therapy and assessment with adolescents.
• Clinical licensure preferred; ability to sit for licensure required.
• Experience with populations impacted by traumatic stress and mental health challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to a caseload of residents.
• Develop interdisciplinary treatment plans as part of the treatment team.
• Manage all case documentation and uphold professionalism.
